Attendance

Teachers can mark the school attendance digitally class wise with this feature.

With this feature of WeXL teachers can record their student's school attendance class wise for each day , and can save it for later reference digitally without any hassle.

Two options are available under attendance:

1. Mark as Holiday : Allows you to mark the entire day as holiday.

2. Mark Attendance: Allows you to mark attendance for the class. Automatic SMS will be triggered for the parents mobile of the absentees with the message that the kid is absent for the day.

Steps to Mark Attendance:

1. In Teachers Home Page , scroll down in left hand side you will see a tab called Attendance.

2. Click Attendance Tab, It will display a page with list of all classes with date.

3. To mark Attendance for the day , click the three dots of respective class , it will display two option as shown in the figure.

4. Select Mark Attendance , a page will be display with the list of students associated with the class. by default it will be marked as present for all the student as shown below.

5. You can mark absent for the students who are absent for the day and click save.

6. Once you click save, an Automatic SMS will be delivered to the absentees parents mobile number informing the kid is absent for the school.

7. The reports will be stored which can be referred by teachers as shown below.

8. We can mark attendance by afternoon and forenoon.
