The Student Progress Card feature in WEXL ERP is designed to provide students and parents with a detailed understanding of their academic achievements. This feature presents exam marks in a clear and interactive format, allowing for easy tracking of progress over time.
Features of the Student Progress Card:
Detailed Performance Insights:
Students can view their exam marks for each subject in both a tabular format and a bar graph representation, offering a comprehensive overview.
Graphical Analysis with Three Key Metrics:
The bar graph provides a comparative view with three color codes:
Pink Bar: Represents the student’s marks.
Blue Bar: Indicates the class mean for the subject.
Grey Bar: Displays the marks of the class topper in the subject.
This visual representation helps students and parents understand performance relative to peers and identify areas for improvement.
Exam Type Filter:
The filter allows users to select the desired exam name from the dropdown menu to focus on specific assessments.
How to Access the Student Progress Card:
Login to WEXL:
Open the Chrome browser and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
Navigate to the Report Card Section:
On the Home Page, locate the Left Navigation Bar.
Scroll down and select the Academic Progress Card option.
Select the Exam Type:
Use the Exam Type Filter to select the desired exam from the dropdown menu.
Once selected, the corresponding marks and analysis will be displayed.
View Performance Data:
Marks for each subject will appear in a table format, showing clear details for easy reference.
The bar graph provides a visual representation of performance, helping users quickly interpret key metrics such as individual marks, class averages, and topper marks.
