Student Details on WeXL Platform

The Student Details feature allows teachers and administrators to access a comprehensive history of students, including their personal details, academic performance, achievements, and attendance records. This centralized information hub simplifies student management and performance tracking.

How to Access the Student Details Page

Step 1: Login to the WeXL Platform

• Open the Chrome browser and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.

• Enter your credentials and log in to the platform.

Step 2: Navigate to the Student Details Section

• On the teacher's homepage, locate the navigation menu on the left side.

• Select Student Details from the menu.

Step 3: Search for a Student

• Enter the username of the student and select the desired academic year.

• Click the Search button to view the student’s details.

Student Details Page Features

The Student Details page contains three tabs:

1. Exam Marks

   • View a list of exams under the Exam Types filter.

   

   • Select an exam name to see the student's marks for that particular exam.

   

   • Option to download the exam marks in PDF format .
2. My Profile

   • Displays the student’s personal details, including name, contact information, and other profile information.

   • Shows the student’s attendance details, making it easy to track their presence in school.

   • Allows the teacher to download it in the PDF format .

   
3. Achievements

   • Lists the achievements of the student, along with details such as the name of the teacher who posted it and the date of posting.

   • Allows the teacher to download the achievements report in PDF format.

   

By leveraging the Student Details feature, teachers and admins can easily monitor and manage student progress, ensuring timely support and personalized feedback.
