The Syllabus Tracker is a valuable feature that empowers teachers to keep track of the syllabus coverage for their classes. This tool ensures that no portion of the curriculum is overlooked and helps maintain organized and efficient teaching schedules. With this feature, teachers can:
Mark the completed portions of the syllabus along with the date of completion.
Stay updated on the remaining syllabus, ensuring timely completion before assessments.
Provide transparency to school administrators regarding progress.
How to Use the Syllabus Tracker:
Log In to the Portal:
Open the Chrome browser.
Type https://console.wexledu.com/#/login into the URL bar.
Enter your username and password, then click login to access the portal.
Navigate to the "Syllabus Tracker" Tab:
On the Home Page, locate the Left Navigation Bar.
Scroll down and click on the Syllabus Tracker tab.
Mark Portions of the Syllabus:
After clicking on the Syllabus Tracker, a page will display the list of boards, subjects, and topics assigned to your class.
Select the subject you wish to update.
You will see a list of topics for that subject.
To mark a topic as completed, click the toggle button under the Action column, and it will be automatically saved with the completion date.
Review Progress:
The tracker will display the completed topics and their dates, as well as the remaining topics.
This helps teachers monitor their teaching progress and plan lessons more effectively.
