Holistic Report Card Entry – Admin & Parent Guide

The Holistic Report Card is designed to capture a student’s academic and personal growth through various assessments, including competencies, self-assessment, peer assessment, and parent feedback. Both admins and parents update the details. Follow this step-by-step guide for a seamless entry process.


For Admins: Updating the Holistic Report Card

Step 1: Accessing the Holistic Report Card

  1. Log in to the platform as an Admin.

  2. In the left menu, navigate to Holistic Progress Report.

  1. Select the Board, Grade, and Section, then click Search to view the student list.

  2. Locate the student and click Add Skills.


Step 2: Entering Student Information

Each report card contains several sections to be completed:

1. All About Me

  • This section is auto-filled by the system.

  • The Admin or Parent can enter missing details.

  • Click on the Edit Icon, update information, and click Save.

2. Glimpse of Myself

  • Upload pictures of the student’s activities, family, and learning portfolio.

  • Click the Upload Icon, select the image, and click Open to upload.

3. Competencies

  • Assess different areas of student development.

  • Select the appropriate term level (Beginner, Progressing, Proficient) from the dropdown.

  • Categories include:

    • Physical Development

    • Cognitive Development

  • Click Save after each selection.

4. Parent Feedback

  • Parents or admins can enter feedback on the student’s progress.

  • Only Term 1 feedback needs to be entered.

5. Self-Assessment & Peer Assessment

  • Students can assess themselves using predefined ratings.

  • Parents can assist in filling this section.

  • Teachers can enter peer assessment by selecting an emoji-based rating.

  • Click Save to finalize.

Step 3: Reviewing the Entered Details

  1. To preview, locate the student, click the Action Button, and select Preview.

  1. Verify all entered details before finalizing the report.

For Parents: Updating the Holistic Report Card

Step 1: Logging in as a Parent

  1. Log in to the platform using the Parent Profile.

  2. Enter the username and password of the student and click Login.

  3. Navigate to Holistic Progress Report from the left menu.


Step 2: Entering Student Information

1. Student Details

  • The system automatically fills the student’s personal information.

  • Parents only need to update the missing details.

2. Things I Like & Where I Live

  • Parents can fill in details about the student’s interests and residence.

  • Click Save after updating.

3. Glimpse of Myself

  • Upload student photos, family pictures, and the learner’s portfolio.

  • Enter the student’s height and weight for Term 1.

  • Click Save once completed.

4. Parent Feedback

  • Parents must provide feedback in Term 1 only.

  • Click Save after entering feedback.

5. Self-Assessment

  • This section should be filled in by the student, but parents can assist.

  • Click Save to finalize.
