Live Classes in WeXL: A Guide for Teachers

Step-by-Step Process:

✔ Accessing Live Classes:

• Click on Live Classes in the left menu.

• You will see three options: My Schedules, Manage Schedules, and Attendance.

✔ Viewing Scheduled Classes:

• My Schedules: Displays the list of previously created live classes.

• Manage Schedules: Allows you to edit class details, reschedule, or cancel a class.

• Attendance: Shows a record of students who attended or missed a class.

✔ Creating a New Live Class:

• Go to Manage Schedules and click .
• Enter the class name.

• Select the grade/section for the class.

• Choose the date and time of the session.

• Select a platform (Google Meet or Zoom) and enter the meeting link.

• Click Submit to finalize the schedule.

• Once scheduled, the class will appear in My Schedules.
