Template Management

The Template Management feature in WeXL provides administrators with a streamlined way to create and manage standardized notification and feedback templates. It consists of two key components:

1. Manage Category – Used to define different notification categories such as Homework, Attendance, Latecomers, Happenings, and Feedback. This ensures that notifications are well-organized and categorized appropriately.

2. Manage Template – Allows admins to create and store predefined notification templates for in-app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails. This feature helps in quick and efficient communication with parents, students, and teachers.

Key Features of Template Management:

✔ Organized Communication – Categories ensure that notifications are systematically grouped for easy access. ✔ Multi-Channel Notifications – Admins can send messages via in-app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. ✔ Customization & Reusability – Predefined templates help save time and ensure message consistency. ✔ Feedback System – The Feedback type under categories allows teachers to share observations about students.
