The Manage Report Card feature enables admins to generate and download student report cards based on their exam performance. Admins can input and publish marks, track student attendance, and add remarks. The system automatically compiles the data, presenting a detailed report card that includes marks, grades, optional subjects, attendance records, and teacher remarks, providing a comprehensive view of student performance.
Step 1: Viewing Report Cards
Go to the Exam Schedule section and click Report Card under Actions.
A list of students with their percentages will be displayed.
Step 2: Download Report Cards
Click the Download button next to a student’s name.
The report card will include:
Marks & Grades
Optional & Co-Scholastic Subjects
Attendance Records
Step 3: Managing Attendance & Remarks
Navigate to Attendance & Remarks under Actions.
Enter the total working days and each student’s present days.
Add remarks for students if needed.
Click Save, and this information will be included in the report card.
