The Fee Category feature in WeXL enables administrators to create and manage different categories of fees efficiently. This helps organize various types of fees and ensures clarity in the institution's financial management.

How to Access Fee Category:

  1. Log in & Navigate to Fee Management

    • Log in to the WeXL platform as an Admin.

    • From the left-side navigation bar, scroll down and go to Administration.

    • Click on Fee Category under the Fee Management section.

  2. Create a New Fee Category

    • Click on the "Add Fee Category" button located on the right side.

    • Enter the title of the new fee category.

    • Click Save to successfully create the category.

  3. Managing Fee Categories

    • The system displays a list of existing fee categories, along with their status (Active/Inactive) and an Action button.

    • To deactivate a fee category, click on the Action button and select Inactivate.

This feature helps in efficient fee structuring, making it easy for schools to categorize and manage different types of fees effectively.
