The Comprehensive Evaluation feature in WeXL allows educators to systematically assess student performance by entering grades, achievements, comments, and attendance records.
Follow these steps to enter grades, achievements, comments, and attendance in the Comprehensive Evaluation section:
1️⃣ Select the Evaluation Section
Log in to the WeXL platform as a teacher.
In the left menu, navigate to Comprehensive Evaluation.
Choose the CBSE Board (or the relevant board).
Select the Nursery section and Term 1, then select Search.
Click on Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation.
2️⃣ Enter Student Grades
A list of students will appear on the screen.
Select the student for whom you want to enter grades.
Input the respective grades for different subjects.
3️⃣ Submit the Grades
After entering all the grades, scroll down to the bottom.
Click on the Submit button to save the grades.
If you do not click submit, the grades will not be saved.
4️⃣ Enter Achievements & Comments
You can also add student achievements and teacher comments.
Ensure you click Submit after entering them to save the changes.
5️⃣ Mark Attendance
Scroll up and navigate to the total working days section.
Click on the Action button beside the student’s name.
Select Attendance and enter the total working days for the student.
Click Save to confirm.
6️⃣ Final Submission
After entering grades, achievements, comments, and attendance, review all the details.
Click on Submit one last time to ensure all data is saved.
💡 Note: You can revisit and edit the grades, achievements, and attendance records later if needed.
