The Academic Report Card feature in WEXL ERP provides teachers and administrators with a comprehensive view of student performance. This feature consolidates all exam marks for a student or class into a single interface, enabling quick access to detailed academic insights. Teachers can easily analyze performance trends, identify areas of improvement, and celebrate achievements with data-driven insights.
How to Access the Academic Report Card:
Login to WEXL:
Open the Chrome browser and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
Navigate to the Report Card Section:
On the Home Page, locate the Left Navigation Bar.
Scroll down and select the Academics tab.
Under Academics, click on Academic Report Card.
Apply Filters:
Use the filters at the top of the page to customize the report:
Select the Academic Year.
Choose the Grade and Section to narrow the report to a specific group of students.
The selected data will appear in a tabular format, displaying:
Student Names
Exam Names
Subjects
Total Marks
Access Quick Reports:
Below the main table, explore Quick Reports for detailed analytics:
Class Mean: The average marks scored by the class.
Subject Mean: The average marks per subject for the class.
Class Toppers and Subject Toppers: Identify the highest-performing students.
Failures: Review the list of students who need additional support.
Subject-Wise Marks Display: Analyze marks for individual subjects across all exams.
The Academic Report Card feature is an invaluable tool for modern classrooms, helping educators foster a data-driven approach to teaching and learning. It ensures that every student’s academic journey is monitored with precision and care.
