How to Add Marks for Subjective Correction Tests to Exam Schedules in WeXL

In this guide, we will see how a teacher can add marks from a Subjective Correction Test into the Exam Schedule using the WeXL platform. This is useful when the teacher has manually evaluated written papers or offline subjective tests and wants to upload the scores into the exam records for student reports and performance tracking.


🔄 Step-by-Step Process to Add Subjective Test Marks to Exam Schedule:

✅ Step 1: Log in to the Platform

✅ Step 2: View Subjective Test Results

  • Navigate to the “Scheduled Test” page from the left-side menu.

  • Locate the Subjective Correction Test that was conducted earlier.

  • Click on “View More” to check test results.

    • You will see the list of students who attempted the test, along with their scores.

✅ Step 3: Go to Exam Marks Section

  • Now go to the Academics section.

  • Click on “Exam Marks”.

  • Select the Board, Class, and Exam Schedule where the marks need to be added.

    • Example: To add these marks to the FA1 exam schedule, navigate to the FA1 row.

✅ Step 4: Add Marks to Exam Schedule

  • Click on the “Action” button and choose “Add Marks”.

  • On the top-right, click on “Import Marks”.

    • Currently, all marks may appear empty since they haven’t been uploaded yet.

✅ Step 5: Import Marks from Subjective Test

  • Click on the Import Icon .

  • Select the relevant test — for example, "Subjective Correction Test".

  • Click “Save”.

    • The marks will be automatically imported.

✅ Step 6: Manual Entry (Optional)

  • If you want to manually add marks for other students who didn’t appear in the test:

    • Click directly on the student's mark field.

    • Enter the score and save.
