This guide explains how to generate a synopsis and questions for a specific chapter and sub-topic using AI by uploading a PDF.


Step 1: Accessing the Chapters and Topics Feature

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. Navigate to the "Chapters and Sub-Topics" feature.

  1. Select the board, grade, and subject for which you want to generate a synopsis.

  • Example: CBSE → Grade 3 → EVS

  1. Choose the specific chapter (e.g., Food).


Step 2: Editing or Adding Sub-Topics

  1. Click on the "Action" button next to the selected chapter and choose "Edit".

  1. You will see the existing sub-topics under this chapter.

  2. To add a new sub-topic, click on "Add More" and enter the name.


Step 3: Uploading a PDF for Synopsis Generation

  1. Find the upload button next to the sub-topic.

  2. Click "Upload" and select the PDF file related to the sub-topic.

  3. Once uploaded, click "Preview" to verify the uploaded document.

  1. After confirmation, click "Generate PDF".


Step 4: Viewing the Generated Synopsis

  1. Once the AI generates the synopsis, navigate to the "Assets" section.

  2. Select the board, grade, and subject to find the generated synopsis.

  2. Select "Questions by Topic".

  3. Click on "New Job" and enter a title (e.g., Food).

  5. Choose the relevant sub-topic from the list.

  6. Select the complexity level for the questions and click "Generate".


Step 6: Viewing and Managing Generated Questions

  1. Wait for a few minutes while the AI generates the questions.

  2. Click "Refresh", and the pending status will change to completed.

  3. Click on the "Action" button and then "View More" to see all generated questions.

  4. You can:

    • Edit the questions.

    • Delete any unwanted questions.

    • Save the final set of questions.
