The Competitive Exams feature is designed to streamline the evaluation process for teachers. It allows teachers to upload a question paper, the corresponding answer key, and the OMR sheets filled out by students. Once these three components are uploaded, the system automatically processes the data and generates the results, saving time and ensuring accuracy. This feature simplifies the management of competitive exams, providing quick and reliable assessments.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the entire process of managing competitive exams, including:
Downloading Question Papers
Downloading and Distributing OMR Sheets
Uploading Question Papers, Answer Keys, and OMR Sheets
Automated Evaluation and Result Generation
Viewing Results and Leaderboard Generation
To download a question paper:
Go to Teacher Resources where you’ll find three categories: Chapter Test, Grand Test, and Miscellaneous.
Select Grand Test to view all the question papers and answer keys uploaded from the internal system.
To download a specific question paper (e.g., Grand Test 1):
Click on View next to the test name.
Click on the Download icon to save the question paper.
Navigate to the Scheduled test section.
Choose any test, click on the three dots, and then select Download OMR sheet.
Select the relevant exam type (e.g., EAMCET).
Click on Download OMR to get the OMR sheets.
These OMR sheets can be distributed to students along with the downloaded question paper.
After students complete the exam, the OMR sheets need to be scanned and saved as a ZIP folder for uploading.
Once the OMR sheets are scanned and saved:
Go to Competitive Exams and click on Create New Exam.
Provide the exam details including:
Title (e.g., Grand Test 1)
Exam Type (e.g., EAMCET)
Board, Grade, and Section for which the exam is intended.
Upload the Question Paper and Answer Key that were downloaded earlier from teacher resources:
Click on Upload and select the relevant files.
Once both are uploaded, click Next.
In the next step, upload the OMR ZIP folder:
Click on Refresh after uploading to ensure all OMR sheets are successfully added.
Click on Save to finalize the upload.
After uploading the question paper, answer key, and OMR sheets:
The system automatically evaluates the OMR sheets and generates results within 15 minutes.
To view the results:
Locate the test you conducted on the competitive exam page, click Action, and select View More.
You can see the overall result and view individual student performance, including:
Total questions answered
Selected answers
Correct answers
Once the results are generated:
A Leaderboard is automatically created, ranking students based on their scores.
To view the leaderboard:
Go to My Tests → Scheduled Tests.
Select the specific test, click Action, and choose Leaderboard.
The Leaderboard displays all student ranks and scores, which can be downloaded for record-keeping.
