Generate Question Paper: Create and Manage Assessments on the WeXL Platform

The Generate Question Paper feature allows teachers to create structured question sets across topics or subjects in two formats: shuffled or unique. Teachers can also define timelines, preview, and download question papers with or without answer keys.

How to Access the Generate Question Paper Feature

1. Log in to the WeXL Platform

   • Open Chrome and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.

   • Enter your credentials and log in.

   
2. Navigate to the Generate Question Paper Section

   • On the teacher's homepage, locate the navigation menu on the left side.

   • Select Academics and then click on the Generate Question Paper section.

Steps to Create a Question Paper

1. Select "Create Question Paper"

   • Enter the title of the question paper.

   • Specify the duration and total marks for the test.

   • Choose the following filters:

     • Board

     • Grade

     • Subject

     
2. Select Question Paper Type

   • Unique: Each set will contain different questions.

   • Shuffle: All sets will contain the same questions but are arranged in a different order.

   
3. Create Sections for Chapter Selection

   • Use the checkboxes next to chapter names to select the chapters you want to include.

   • Enter the number of questions needed from each chapter.

   
4. Generate the Question Paper

   • After entering all required details, click the Next button to proceed.

   

   • On the next page, confirm the details and select Generate to create the question paper.

Preview and Download Question Papers

1. Preview Question Papers

   • Under the Action button, click on the Preview option.

   

   • View the generated sets (up to 5 sets of question papers).

     • Unique Option: 5 different sets of questions.

     • Shuffle Option: 1 base set with 4 shuffled versions (5 total).

     
2. Download Question Papers

   • Use the Download option to save the question papers for use.

   

   • Choose between:

     • With Answer Key (for teachers).

     • Without Answer Key (for students).
