Compliance Report: Comprehensive Insights on ZD Exam Activities

The Compliance Report feature provides a detailed overview of the ZD exam and related activities, such as the number of tests created, worksheets assigned, badges distributed, and more. This report allows admins to monitor the progress and performance of individual sections after the ZD exam is conducted.

How to Access the Compliance Report

1. Log in to the WeXL Platform

   • Open Chrome and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.

   • Enter your credentials and log in.

   
2. Go to the ZD Section to Mark Compliance Status

   • Once the ZD test is conducted, associate the test by selecting the Compliance Report option in the action button.

   

   • Navigate to the summary page, where the teacher can use the toggle buttons to mark the completion status for each activity:

   

   • Mark Exam Conducted: After the ZD exam is finished, toggle this option to indicate that the test has been completed.

   • Badges Distribution: After results are generated, distribute badges to students who scored high in each chapter and toggle the Badges Issued status.

   

   • PLP Worksheets Issued and Collected: Similarly, mark when the worksheets are issued and collected after the exam.

   • For each completed activity, the teacher can update the status, providing the admin with real-time insights into the chapter-level exam progress.

   
3. Navigate to the Compliance Report Section

   • On the teacher's homepage, locate the navigation menu on the left side.

   • Select Compliance Report.

   
4. Filter for Specific Sections

   • Use the available filters to select the board, grade, and section to view the compliance report for a particular section.

Key Information Available in the Compliance Report

• Exam Details:

  • Date and time when the ZD exam was conducted.

• Badges Distribution:

  • Status and timeline of badges issued to students.

• Worksheets Issued and Collected:

  • Timeline of PLP worksheets issued and collected.

• Status Updates:

  • A detailed view of the progress and completion status of each activity associated with the ZD exam, enabling admins to track the status of each chapter-level exam.

Export and Print Options

Admins can download the compliance report in PDF format for record-keeping or print it directly for offline use.
