How to Create Live Worksheets?

Live worksheets allow teachers to create and assign interactive tests for students. Follow these steps to create and schedule a live worksheet.


Steps to Create a Live Worksheet

1. Access the Platform

2. Navigate to the Test Repository

  • On the Home Page, scroll down the left navigation bar.

  • Click on Academics and select Test Repository.

3. Create a New Test

  • Click "Create Test" in the Test Repository.

  • On the instruction page, click Next to proceed.

4. Enter Test Details

  • Provide the following information:

    • Test Name

    • Board (e.g., CBSE, ICSE)

    • Grade

    • Total Number of Questions

    • Total Marks

    • Select Live Worksheets under Category.

5. Add Questions

  • You will be redirected to the worksheet creation page.

  • Fill in the worksheet details:

    • Title

    • Type (Text/Image)

    • Theme

  • Add questions:

    • Choose text or image-based questions.

    • Enter the question and corresponding answer.

    • If using an image, upload the required file.

  • Click "Add More" to insert additional questions.

6. Configure Settings

  • Select the subject, chapter, and subtopics where the worksheet should be saved.

  • Click Next to review and modify questions if needed.

  • Click Create to finalize the worksheet.


Scheduling the Live Worksheet

1. Schedule the Worksheet for Students

  • In the Test Repository, locate the newly created worksheet.

  • Click the three dots under the Action column.

  • Select "Schedule Now".

2. Set Schedule Details

  • Choose the Section and assign it to specific Students or all the students.

  • Set the Start Date, End Date, and Duration.

  • Click Schedule to finalize.
