Schools with multiple branches can conduct quizzes on special occasions, such as Kargil Day, Quit India Movement, Independence Day, and National Sports Day. The central team is responsible for creating, scheduling, and evaluating the quiz across all branches.
1. Creating and Uploading the Quiz
The central team prepares the quiz questions.
The question paper is created and uploaded to the platform.
The quiz is then saved for scheduling.
2. Scheduling the Quiz Across School Branches
Navigate to the New Schedule option by selecting Scheduled Tests.
Click on Schedule by Institution to schedule the quiz for multiple branches.
Select the test name from the available quizzes.
Choose all school branches where the quiz should be conducted.
Specify the grades eligible for participation.
Set the start time, end time, and duration of the quiz.
Click Schedule to finalize the quiz setup.
3. Student Participation and Quiz Execution
Once the quiz is scheduled, students from different branches can take the quiz within the allotted time.
The platform records and evaluates the responses.
4. Viewing and Analyzing Results
The results will be available after the quiz is completed.
The leaderboard displays students' scores across different branches.
Teachers and administrators can review individual and class-wise performance.
