How to Create a Worksheet?

Creating worksheets is an essential part of effective teaching. They help students practice concepts and reinforce learning. With WEXL, administrators and teachers can easily generate, publish, and schedule worksheets in just a few steps.
To begin, log in to your WEXL account using admin or teacher credentials.
Go to Academics in the left-side menu.
Click on My Tests, then select Test Repository.
This is where you can create, publish, and manage all tests and worksheets.
Click on the Create Test button.
Enter a Test Name (e.g., English Worksheet).
Select the Board and Grade for which you are designing the worksheet.
Example: 6th Grade
Define the Total Number of Questions and Total Marks.
Example: 5 Questions, 5 Marks
Under Test Type, choose Worksheet.
Click Next to proceed.
On the next screen, you will specify:
Subject – Choose the subject for which you are creating the worksheet (e.g., English).
Chapter & Sub-topic – Select a chapter and its relevant sub-topics. You can choose individual sub-topics or select all.
Complexity Level – Choose the level of difficulty:
Simple (for basic questions)
Medium (for moderate difficulty)
Complex (for challenging questions)
Select All (if you want a mix of difficulties)
Once selected, click Get Questions to fetch available questions from the system.
A list of relevant questions will be displayed.
Click on the Add button next to each question to include it in your worksheet.
On the right side of the screen, you can:
See the total number of selected questions.
Preview the selected questions.
Once you’ve finalized the questions, click Next.
Review the selected questions.
Assign marks for each question as needed.
If you need to make changes, you can modify the selection.
Once satisfied, click Create to finalize the worksheet.
Once the worksheet is created, follow these steps to distribute it:
Locate the newly created worksheet in the Test Repository.
Click on the hyperlink of the worksheet name to open it.
The teacher can choose to:
Download the worksheet and send it to students via email or any communication platform.
Print the worksheet and distribute physical copies to students.
That’s it! Your worksheet is now successfully created and ready for publishing or scheduling. Using WEXL’s efficient test repository, teachers can quickly generate well-structured worksheets to help students practice and improve their understanding of key concepts.
