Scheduled Test: Efficient Test Planning & Management on WeXL

The Scheduled Test feature enables teachers to seamlessly plan, administer, and manage assessments, whether for immediate execution or future scheduling. It simplifies test coordination while providing comprehensive tools to track test progress and evaluation.

Test Categories in the Scheduled Test Section:

1. Scheduled Tests

   • Displays all upcoming tests.

   • Shows essential details such as scheduled time, grade, section, class, and subject.

2. In Progress

   • Lists exams that students are currently taking.

   • Provides real-time updates on ongoing assessments.

3. To Be Evaluated

   • Includes completed tests awaiting review.

   • Objective Questions: Automatically graded by the system.

   • Subjective Questions: Teachers require manual evaluation.

4. Evaluated

   • Displays fully reviewed and graded tests.

   • Ensures easy access to results from both system-graded and teacher-evaluated assessments.

New Schedule Option: Simplified Rescheduling

• The New Schedule option allows teachers to reschedule a test for a specific section or grade without needing to recreate it.

• Previously created tests can be reused for rescheduling, making the process more efficient.

• Assigning a clear and meaningful test name ensures easy identification and rescheduling when needed.

This functionality is particularly beneficial for accommodating absent students or managing retests effortlessly.

By streamlining scheduling, tracking, and evaluation, the Scheduled Test feature, along with the New Schedule option, minimizes administrative workload. This allows teachers to focus more on providing valuable feedback and support, ultimately enhancing student learning outcomes.
