### **How to Schedule an Online Exam**

#### **Accessing the Scheduled Test Feature**

1. **Log in to the WeXL Platform**

   * Open **Google Chrome** and go to <https://console.wexledu.com/#/login>.
   * Enter your **username and password**, then click **Log In**.

2. **Navigate to the Scheduled Test Section**

   * On the **teacher's homepage**, locate the **navigation menu** on the left.
   * Click on **Academics**, then select **My Tests** to access the **Scheduled Test** section.

#### **How Scheduled Tests Work**

**Scheduling the Test**

* After publishing a test, it can be scheduled for students.
* Click on the **three dots** under the **Action** column and select **Schedule Now**.
* Enter the required details:

  * **Section**
  * **Student Details**
  * **Start Date & End Date**
  * **Exam Duration**

* Once scheduled, the test will be listed under the **Scheduled Tests** section and will be accessible to students at the designated time.

**Exam Availability & Evaluation**

* Teachers can schedule a test for the same day, immediately, or for a future date.
* Students will only be able to access the test during the assigned **time slot** and for the specified **duration**.
* If the exam is conducted online, students must log in with their **user credentials** to take the test.
* The system will **automatically evaluate** responses, generating a report within seconds.
* Students can review their **correct and incorrect answers**, along with **explanations** for the solutions.
