The Test Repository feature enables teachers to create, schedule, and manage a variety of assessments, offering flexibility in terms of academic practice, evaluation, and competitive exam preparation. It serves as a centralized solution for all test-related activities, ensuring streamlined academic assessment management.

How to Access the Test Repository

  1. Log in to the WeXL Platform

  2. Navigate to the Test Repository Section

    • On the teacher's homepage, locate the navigation menu on the left side.

    • Select Academics, then click on My Tests to access the Test Repository section.

Categories of Tests in the Test Repository

  1. School Tests

    • Primarily designed for objective-type questions.

    • Automatically graded by the system, eliminating manual evaluation.

    • Test results are shared instantly with students.

  2. Assignments

    • Focuses on subjective or essay-type questions.

    • Students can type answers or upload scanned sheets.

    • Teachers manually evaluate the responses and assign grades.

  3. Worksheets

    • Practice tests curated by teachers for self-paced student practice.

    • Provides a way for students to improve their skills outside of regular classwork.

  4. Mock Tests

    • Designed to replicate competitive exams like IIT, NEET, or CLAT.

    • Combines multiple subjects and various question formats.

    • Includes negative marking and time limits to simulate real exam conditions.

    • Perfect for high-stakes exam preparation.
