ELP Details by Student: Evaluate Grades and Identify Areas for Improvement

The ELP Details by Student feature enables admins to closely monitor the progress and performance of students in the English Language Proficiency (ELP) program. This functionality provides detailed insights into student engagement and proficiency in various modules, helping identify well-performing grades and areas requiring attention.

How to Access ELP Details by Student

1. Log in to the Platform

   • Open Google Chrome and enter the URL: https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.

   • Log in using your username and password.

   
2. Navigate to the ELP Dashboard

   • From the left navigation menu, select ELP Dashboard.

   
3. Access ELP Details by Student

   • Within the ELP Dashboard, click ELP Details by Student from the available options.

4. Apply Filters

   • Use the filters to refine the data:

     • Select a specific section to view student-level data for that group.

     • Choose a time frame: Past 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or from the beginning.

Insights Provided

Admins can view the following details for each student:

• Individual Module Percentages: Scores for the five modules:

  • Listening

  • Reading

  • Speaking

  • Vocabulary

  • Grammar

• Assigned ELP Count: Number of ELPs assigned to the student.

• Attended ELP Count: Number of ELPs attended by the student.

• Attendance Percentage: Overall attendance rate for the ELP program.
