The ELP Details by Student feature enables admins to closely monitor the progress and performance of students in the English Language Proficiency (ELP) program. This functionality provides detailed insights into student engagement and proficiency in various modules, helping identify well-performing grades and areas requiring attention.
Log in to the Platform
Open Google Chrome and enter the URL: https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Log in using your username and password.
Navigate to the ELP Dashboard
From the left navigation menu, select ELP Dashboard.
Access ELP Details by Student
Within the ELP Dashboard, click ELP Details by Student from the available options.
Apply Filters
Use the filters to refine the data:
Select a specific section to view student-level data for that group.
Choose a time frame: Past 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or from the beginning.
Admins can view the following details for each student:
Individual Module Percentages: Scores for the five modules:
Listening
Reading
Speaking
Vocabulary
Grammar
Assigned ELP Count: Number of ELPs assigned to the student.
Attended ELP Count: Number of ELPs attended by the student.
Attendance Percentage: Overall attendance rate for the ELP program.
Performance Tracking:
Evaluate how well students are performing across the five modules.
Identify students who excel or need extra support.
Grade-Level Insights:
Analyze trends to determine which grades are achieving strong results.
Pinpoint grades or sections requiring additional focus or intervention.
Improved Engagement:
Use data to encourage student participation and boost attendance rates.
Enable teachers to tailor lessons to address gaps in proficiency.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize actionable insights to improve the implementation of the ELP program.
Focus resources on areas that maximize student outcomes.
By leveraging these insights, admins can ensure that the ELP program is impactful, fostering stronger English language skills across all participating students.
