The ELP Details by Grade feature allows admins to monitor the overall performance and engagement of each grade in the English Language Proficiency (ELP) program. This tool provides a high-level overview of grade-wise participation, helping to ensure effective program implementation across all levels.
Log in to the Platform
Open Google Chrome and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Enter your credentials to log in.
Navigate to the ELP Dashboard
On the left navigation menu, select ELP Dashboard.
Select ELP Details by Grade
In the ELP Dashboard, click on ELP Details by Grade from the options on the right-hand side.
Apply Time Frame Filters
Choose a time frame to view data:
Past 1 week
Past 2 weeks
Past 3 weeks
From the beginning
Admins can view the following details for each grade:
Total Number of Students: The total enrolled in the grade.
Students Who Attended ELP: The number of students who actively participated in the ELP program.
Assigned ELP Count: Total number of ELPs assigned to the grade.
Attempted Students Percentage: The proportion of students who attempted the assigned ELPs.
Grade-Wide Analysis
Monitor the participation levels of each grade.
Identify grades that require additional attention or motivation.
Improved Resource Allocation
Use participation data to allocate resources more effectively for underperforming grades.
Enhanced Engagement
Recognize trends in engagement and design targeted interventions to boost student involvement.
Program Optimization
Evaluate the program’s impact at a macro level and refine strategies for specific grades as needed.
By using the ELP Details by Grade feature, admins can ensure consistent progress across all grades, fostering a more effective and balanced English Language Proficiency program.
