Payments in Fee Management

Description:

The WeXL platform's Payments feature provides a centralized view of all payment-related details. It allows administrators to track and manage student fee payments, including invoice numbers, payment details, amounts, statuses, and payment modes.

How to Access the Payments Feature:

  1. Log in to the WeXL Platform and navigate to the homepage.

  2. On the left-side navigation bar, scroll down to Administration.

  3. Click on Payments (the last option under Fee Management).

  1. Here, all payment records will be displayed, including:

  • Invoice Number

  • Payment Amount & Details

  • Payment Status (Paid/Pending)

  • Mode of Payment

  • Action Button for additional actions

  1. Users can also apply filters based on boards, grades, and sections to check specific payment records.
