Fee Schedule: Description

The Fee Schedule feature in WeXL enables administrators to set and manage fee collection deadlines, track payment statuses, and generate reports to improve financial management.

How to Access Fee Schedule:

  1. Log in & Navigate to Fee Management

    • Log in to the WeXL platform as an Admin.

    • From the left-side navigation bar, go to Administration > Fees Management.

    • Click on Fee Schedule to view or create new schedules.

  2. Viewing Fee Schedule Details

    • The Fee Schedule page displays:

      • Name (of the fee schedule)

      • Due Date (for payment)

      • Action Button for managing schedules

    • Click on View More to see a detailed report section-wise, including payment statuses (Paid/Unpaid).

    • Use the Download Option to export reports in PDF or CSV format.

    • Apply filters to sort reports by section.

  3. Creating a New Fee Schedule

    • Click on the Add (+) icon on the right side.

    • Select the Fee Structure for the schedule.

    • Choose the Grade for which the schedule applies.

    • Set the Due Date for payment collection.

    • Click on Create to finalize the new schedule.

This feature ensures efficient tracking of fee payments and timely communication of due dates, helping schools streamline their financial workflows.
