Teachers can easily add new chapters and subtopics to align with their lessons. This feature allows flexibility in teaching by enabling customization beyond the textbook content.
1. Accessing the Chapters and Subtopics Section
Log in to the WeXL platform.
Navigate to the Chapters and Subtopics section from the left-side navigation menu.
You will be redirected to a page displaying existing chapters, subjects, and grades.
2. Editing or Adding a Subtopic
Locate the chapter where you want to add a new subtopic.
Click on the Edit button next to the relevant chapter.
Enter the new subtopic name (e.g., "Production" under the "Crop and Production" chapter).
Click Save to successfully add the subtopic.
3. Creating a New Chapter
Click the Add Chapter button.
Enter the chapter title and assign it to the appropriate subject and grade.
Click Save to finalize the chapter creation.
4. Adding Questions Related to the Subtopic
After teaching a subtopic, you can create questions for students.
Navigate to the Question Bank section.
Select Add Question and enter the new question.
You can add multiple questions and assign them to students for assessments.
