The Attendance feature on the WeXL platform is a powerful tool for administrators and educators to monitor and manage attendance data. It provides detailed insights into attendance patterns at various levels—section-wise, grade-wise, and student-wise—ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
Access the Platform
Open Google Chrome.
Enter the URL: https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Log in with your username and password.
Navigate to Attendance
On the Teacher’s homepage, locate the Navigation Menu on the left.
Click Organization Analytics, then select Attendance.
I. Attendance by Section
View and download section-wise attendance reports.
Use the following filters for specific insights:
Section: Select the required section.
Attendance Type: Choose between the forenoon or afternoon.
Date: Specify the date to view attendance for that section.
Download the report for detailed records.
II. Attendance by Grade
Access and export grade-wise attendance reports.
Apply the following filters:
Grade: Select the desired grade.
Attendance Type: Choose between the forenoon or afternoon.
Date: Specify the date to view attendance data for the entire grade.
Generate and download the grade-wise attendance report.
III. Attendance by Students
Obtain student-wise attendance reports, providing detailed insights for each student.
Utilize these filters for personalized data:
Board: Specify the educational board (e.g., CBSE, ICSE).
Grade: Choose the grade level.
Section: Select the section for more refined results.
Attendance Type: Select forenoon or afternoon.
Date Range: Define a start and end date for the report.
Download the report to keep a record of individual attendance performance.
The Attendance module on the WeXL platform is designed to provide flexible and precise monitoring of attendance at different organizational levels. Offering downloadable reports with customizable filters, ensures effective attendance tracking, helping educators and administrators make informed decisions and improve overall management.
