The My Organization feature in the WeXL platform provides administrators and educators with a comprehensive suite of tools to monitor and analyze institutional data. This centralized hub allows users to access various reports and insights related to students, teachers, and overall organizational performance.

How to Access My Organization

1. Access the Platform

   • Open Google Chrome.

   • Enter the URL: https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.

   • Log in with your username and password.

   
2. Navigate to My Organization

   • On the Teacher’s homepage, locate the Navigation Menu on the left.

   • Click Organization Analytics, then select My Organization.

Features and Available Reports

1. Downloadable CSV Files

   • Export key organizational details in CSV format, including:

     • Student Details: Comprehensive information on all students.

     • Teacher Details: Data about teachers’ profiles and activities.

     • Mobile Usage: Insights into students’ mobile engagement with the platform.

2. MLP Attendance

   • Access attendance records for the Master Learning Program (MLP), available in:

     • Date-wise Format: View attendance by specific dates.

     • Grade-wise Format: Analyze attendance for different grades.

3. MLP Details of the Organization

   • Obtain an overview of the institution’s MLP participation, including engagement rates, progress metrics, and usage trends.

4. Quick Reports

   • Generate detailed insights, such as:

     • MLP Details of Teachers: View the contributions and progress of individual teachers within the MLP.

     • MLP Details by Grade: Analyze how different grades are performing under the MLP.

     • Student Reports: Breakdowns of performance, chapter-wise and topic-wise progress.

     • Assets and Questions Created by Teachers: Track the number of digital assets, questions, and resources generated by each teacher.
