The Quick Reports feature in WEXL's Micro-Learning Program (MLP) provides detailed insights into MLP activities, helping teachers and admins track assignments, attendance, and overall progress. It offers a comprehensive overview through multiple reporting options, ensuring efficient monitoring and strategic planning. Here's how to use each report step by step:
This report displays the performance of teachers who are assigned MLPs, including the number of MLPs they have allocated to specific grades and sections. It also shows the average percentage performance of each section.
How to Access:
Navigate to Quick Reports in the admin dashboard.
Select MLP Details by Teacher.
Apply Filters:
Grade: Choose the grade you want to analyze.
Week: Select from the following options:
Past 1 Week
Past 2 Weeks
Past 4 Weeks
From the Beginning
View Report: The report will display:
Number of MLPs assigned by each teacher.
Grade and section details.
Average performance percentage of students in each section.
This report provides a grade-wise overview of MLP assignments. It shows the number assigned to each grade, helping administrators track curriculum coverage.
How to Access:
Go to Quick Reports and select MLP Details by Grade.
Choose the Week Filter to specify the timeframe:
Past 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 4 Weeks, or From the Beginning.
View Report: Displays the number of MLPs assigned to each grade within the selected timeframe.
This report offers a detailed view of student engagement in MLPs, including:
Total MLP count.
Number of MLPs attended.
Attendance percentage.
Knowledge Meter showing performance for specific subjects.
How to Access:
Select MLP Details by Student from the Quick Reports menu.

Week (Past 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 4 Weeks, or From the Beginning)
View Report: Displays the list of students along with:
Total MLPs assigned.
Attendance and performance metrics.
This provides a graphical summary of MLP activities and educational assets within the organization, including:
Total MLPs assigned.
Number of assets created.
Student attendance and engagement.
How to Access:
Go to Assets & MLP Summary in Quick Reports.
View the following:
Summary Report: Detailed information about MLP assignments, asset creation, and attendance, broken down by date.
Summary Graph: A graphical representation of MLP trends over the selected timeframe.
This report tracks the questions created by teachers for MLPs or tests, helping admins monitor content development.
How to Access:
Select No. of Questions Created by Teacher from Quick Reports.
View Report: Displays the total number of questions each teacher has created using the question bank.
This report allows admins to track the progress of MLP assignments at the chapter level, showing:
Completed chapters.
Pending chapters.
How to Access:
Go to Chapter-wise Report under Quick Reports.

Subject
Section
View Report: Displays how many chapters have been assigned and completed, and how many are still pending for each section.
This report provides insights into the progress of subtopics within each chapter, showing:
Completed subtopics.
Pending subtopics.
How to Access:
Select Topic-wise Report from Quick Reports.
