The Fee Structure feature in WeXL allows administrators to define and manage different fee structures efficiently. This ensures that fees are categorized correctly and assigned to the appropriate groups of students.
Log in & Navigate to Fee Management
Log in to the WeXL platform as an Admin.
From the left-side navigation bar, go to Administration > Fees Management.
Click on Fee Structure to manage or create a new structure.
Create a New Fee Structure
Click on the Add (+) icon on the right side.
Enter the required details, including the fee category and amount.
Click on the Add button to include the selected details.
Finally, click Create to save the new fee structure.
Managing an Existing Fee Structure
A list of existing fee structures is displayed with an Action button for each entry.
To edit a fee structure, click on the Edit button.
To delete a specific fee category, select the category and click Delete.
To remove an entire fee structure, use the Delete option in the Action menu.
This feature enables seamless fee management by allowing easy creation, modification, and removal of fee structures as needed.
