The Manage Import feature in WEXL helps admins efficiently upload or import content in bulk. It allows for:
Creating IDs for teachers and students.
Creating sections and mapping them to teachers.
Uploading e-books and concept videos.
Creating chapters and subtopics in a subject.
Upgrading student subject profiles in bulk.
This feature streamlines the process, saving time and ensuring consistency across the platform. Here’s how to use this feature step by step:
Log in to the WEXL platform as an Admin.
Navigate to the Administration section using the left-side navigation bar.
Click on Manage Import.
In the Manage Import section, click on New Job.
Under Select Type, choose Section from the dropdown list.
Click on CSV Template Download.
The template will be downloaded to your system.
Open the template and fill in the details for the sections you want to create in bulk.
Ensure all required fields are filled out correctly to avoid errors during upload.
Once the CSV template is filled out, return it to the Manage Import section.
Click on Upload and select the completed CSV file from your system.
After uploading, click on the Save button to complete the process.
Once the CSV is uploaded, the system will validate the data.
If there are no errors, the sections will be created in bulk as specified in the CSV.
If there are any errors, the system will prompt you to correct them.
Download the Error Log, make the necessary corrections in the CSV, and re-upload the file.
