The Forum in WEXL ERP allows students to communicate directly with their teachers. Students can post their doubts, queries, or requirements, tag the relevant teachers, and receive prompt responses.
Steps for Students to Post a Question in the Forum:
Open the Chrome browser and navigate to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Log in using your username and password.
On the Home Page, locate the Forum option in the left-side navigation bar and click on it.
On the Forum page, click the Ask Question button to post a query.
The Ask Question form will appear. Fill in the following details:
Title: Enter a heading for your query.
Paragraph: Describe your query or requirement in detail.
Tags: Add relevant keywords for your query.
Teachers: Tag the respective teacher to address the query.
Once all fields are completed, click the Add Question button to post your query to the forum.
Viewing Replies and Responding to Teachers:
The posted questions will be visible to both students and teachers.
Click the blue Heading (Hyperlink) of a post to view the replies.
To respond to a teacher’s reply, click the Reply button, type your response, and click Submit.
The Forum feature ensures smooth interaction between students and teachers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Each post will display a reply count icon, indicating the number of responses received.
