The Fees Lite feature allows teachers and administrators to track and update the fee payment status for students.
Steps to Mark Student Fee Payment Status:
Login to WEXL ERP
Open the Chrome browser and go to https://console.wexledu.com/#/login.
Enter your username and password, then click login to access the portal.
Access the Fees Lite Section
In the Left Navigation Bar, scroll down and find the Fees Lite tab. Click on it to open the Fees Lite page.
Search for Students
Use the Search button and apply the necessary filters to display a list of students in your class.
Mark Fee Payment Status
Click the Action button and select fee status.
To mark the student's Term-1 fee as paid, enable the toggle button, select the payment date from the calendar, and click Save.
Update Payment Status for Term-2
Follow the same steps to update the Term-2 fee payment status.
The student's status will change to Paid once updated.
