This feature simplifies the process of organizing classes, managing student enrollments, and assigning teachers, making administrative tasks more efficient.

Manage Sections

From the Manage Sections feature, admins can:

  • Create a new section within a grade.

  • Assign the section to teachers.


How to Use the Manage Sections Feature

The Manage Sections feature empowers admins with the ability to add, edit, and delete sections effortlessly. Here's how you can make the most of this functionality:


1. Adding a New Section

To create a new section:

  • Go to Manage Sections in the admin dashboard.

  • Click on Add Section.

  • Enter the Section Name and ensure all details are accurate.

  • Select the Grade to which this section belongs.

  • Assign Teachers to this section:

    • You can add multiple teachers or even remove existing ones.

    • Select the teachers accordingly from the list provided.

  • Once all details are filled out, click on Save.

  • You can search for the newly added section using the search bar to confirm its creation.


2. Modifying an Existing Section

To edit any section:

  • Go to Manage Sections and locate the section you wish to modify.

  • Click on Edit next to the section name.

  • From here, you can:

    • Change the Section Name or Grade.

    • Add or remove teachers from the section as needed.

  • After making the necessary changes, click on Save to update the section details.


3. Deleting a Section

If you need to delete a section:

  • Go to Manage Sections.

  • Locate the section you wish to remove.

  • Click on Delete next to the section name.

  • Confirm the deletion.

  • This action permanently removes the section from the system, so proceed with caution.
