Manage Teachers

From the Manage Teachers feature, admins can:

  • Create a Teacher ID.

  • Change passwords and edit details of teachers.

  • Assign subjects, grades, and sections to teachers.

This feature makes it easy to organize teacher information, manage classroom assignments, and ensure secure access to the system.


How to Use the Manage Teachers Feature

The Manage Teachers feature empowers admins with the ability to add, edit, and delete teacher profiles effortlessly. Here's how you can make the most of this functionality:


1. Adding a New Teacher ID

To create a new Teacher ID:

  • Go to Manage Teachers in the admin dashboard.

  • Click on Add Teacher.

  • Enter the Email ID as the Username and set a Password along with other required details.

  • If you want to make the teacher an admin, simply enable the toggle button provided.

  • Select the relevant subject preferences for the teacher by selecting the checkbox near the subject name, then click the Save button.

  • Once the Teacher ID is created, open the profile again for subject and section mapping:

    • Select the Board, Grade, Section, and Subject for the classes the teacher will handle.

    • If the teacher is also a Class Teacher for a particular class, check the box next to Class Teacher while mapping the section.

  • After assigning all details, click on Save.


2. Modifying an Existing Teacher

To edit any teacher's details:

  • Go to Manage Teachers and locate the teacher's name you wish to modify.

  • Click on Edit by selecting the three dots in the Action column.

  • From here, you can:

    • Change passwords or update sections they are assigned to.

    • Edit personal details like name, contact information, and assigned subjects.

  • After making the necessary changes, click on Save to update the teacher's details.
